    Came across this short film about holidaying in Blackpool in 1978.around the 3min mark there is a nice clip of a BIG BEN fruit machine .use to remember these a lot .possibly in coral island as the bingo was before the clip.

    No, the dips are for setting the size of EPROMs fitted. Don't connect a speaker directly to the sound output unless you put a cap and resistor in series as it'll blow the audio o/p chip. I use a 1000uf/25v and a 75 Ohm which keeps the volume at a reasonable level. From memory I think it'll alarm so at least you'll know it's working. To actually get it to run I found I had to connect SR2 to LR3?

    Thanks for the video Nick, how things have changed unfortunately most seaside resorts are shocking , as children I think we all visited such places at least once a year for our holidays,, it’s sad to see the places now,, you only have to go a couple of streets back from Blackpool sea front to see boarded up houses and homeless people and the filthy areas..
