I have myself another project to tinker with. I like the mpu4 technology so to add to the collection I have a video mpu4 module. It is in clean condition with a mightly 68000 at the core. I plan to connect it up with my luckly strike mpu4 and an arcade monitor but I cannot find a manual for the video board or the machine. Does anyone have one or data on the connection?

I did start it a few years ago, I'll have a dig through some old harddrives.

Can anyone Please help me somehow I have lost the sound file from my Compact Flash Card so I am stuck with error 91 (HSF sound file missing from Compact Flash Card) I did make a copy of the files when first got my machine; but can't find; Can anyone with the same machine AL Murray The Pub Landlord 2012 help me with the file or files Please; otherwise at the moment it is stuck in limbo; just don't know how a file has been deleted ? thats a photo when working after I took out note excceptor and stuck a duster in the space as I could not fine my blank plate at that time; HELP!

Just a heads fellas ,recently a guy I know and friend looked into altering the code for both machines to lift the gamble block from £10 to £100 .ive had stake up for many years and whilst I love this lovely old clubber it annoyed me that i couldn't have a proper gamble on it .this is now rectified. Also done is the ludicrous jp tune given for wins on £12 or above .this is now £25 or£50 depending on bank 2 dip 7 setting . I genuinely think this has now enhanced the gameplay significantly as every win can now be gambled upto £100. The new deluxe or improved roms for both machines have now been dumped on here so feel free to play them or add to an emulator. Ive done a couple of vids on my YouTube channel (sulzerned) so enjoy either way . All the best Nick

Hi! I am a 41-year-old enthusiast from the Netherlands. I currently own a physical PowerStars slot machine and have decided to start a conversion project. My goal is to transform the cabinet into a multi-game system using an emulator. Or at least, I'll be trying I want to modernize the internal hardware while keeping the original feel of the machine. Integrate a PC, retain the original hardware (hopper, coin acceptor) as much as I can and add new monitors. The current one seem to break down a lot.. I hope to gain technical knowlegde and inspirtation here for my project.

Hi everyone, I’m from the Czech Republic and I’m interested in repairing older fruit machines, especially ones that are no longer working. I mainly focus on JPM machines, as they were probably the most common ones here in the Czech Republic. Unfortunately, documentation for them is very hard to find, so I’m hoping to learn more here and maybe get some advice on repairing System 5 and Compact 3 boards. I already have the emulator and it’s great, but let’s be honest – pressing the space bar is not the same as pressing a real button on the machine. I really admire enthusiasts who put their time and effort into keeping these older machines alive and repairing them. Thanks and I’m looking forward to learning from you all.

Hi I replaced my Pluto 6 MPU board as no sound but not starting ; not initialising ; JPM red light on; I know it's something to do with switches but have forgotten; or dil settings on the Pluto 6 does anyone know that can help please Wee Yin

Actually, not so long ago I came across FM Arcade, where there are several slot machines, including Bank Raid. Sound, design, game idea for me I really liked them. It's not like just spinning a drum. Here, every click of a button is a hope for an epic race. I started to figure out where to find something like this on a PC, but I couldn't find it - everything was empty. Of course, a meticulous search yielded only one true solution - the MFMEv20. I have deep respect for the fruit creators and the emulator. I'm asking for help if I have a chance to try Bank Raid from PCP. I would love to try something else with light bulbs and lights. I would appreciate any help, I'm suffocating from the lack of real arcade gambling stuff!

Not always, untested C128DCR, bought it for 300. Mint condition, even the 1541 internal drive works. Takes up a fair bit of deskspace, so sold it for 787.00. Sometimes you get lucky, most times you do get shafted. Mainly buy old computers, "untested" is always a strange thing to say, plug it into your telly you lazy git. Anyway, had missing chips, 64's without sids etc. On the other hand, sometimes it's totally knackered, and the seller refunds you and says keep the item, had a few 00 guage items like that. So there are some good folks out there, just need to see past the bollocks.

not too worry binned the vega rc; peice of junk anyway signs of rust because of sitting doing nothing for 2.5 years; cleaned up the mother board new battery and checked all the wires, dust and spiders; how they got in there in the spare room; once I plug it all back we will see.

Hi all, so it's been nearly 3 years since I looked at this, I didn't think it was that long! So an update for those interested. The main reason I stopped with this was due to not having the correct size reels or the correct number of steps compared to the original. It worked but could never be an actual 2/3 scale due to this issue. So recently I invested in a 3d printer and have managed to create a set of 2/3 scale reels. Just need to port these over to the old project once I dust it down.

Hi everyone, ive just this site to try and play my favourite fruit machine , Wipeout by impulse but everytime i click on any link on the website i get warning something went wrong with error code EXO, can anyone advice please.

I am having a Problem with error 16 keeps displaying; have taken out note exceptor but it still finds error 16 all works fine; but when I startup does everything fine even when I go with the dil switches for right hand Bank and left hand Bank for the excceptor to be enabled right hand dil switch number 8 for enable note excceptor, right hand bank on "error 16" with note exceptor in (is The Pub Lanlord 2012 machine Pluto 6 Board )can anyone please help I am stuck; forgotten how to clear ram or or error messages; turn off right ban; switch right hand bank number 8 off and works fine but for coins only; can anyone help please think I might need another pluto board or a now rechargable battery because when wife passed I had not switched on till last week; just over two years ago. might be the problem? weeyin

Personally, this was the secondary agenda for securing this machine, I wanted it to be emulated. Landing the jackpot on this naturally, is probably going to take months. It will give plenty of 10p-80p wins, and the features are 10p specials..but very addictive. Statto
