Oh very nice ronnie ,very nice indeed 👌. Ive used pine board to replace the base sections before as i dont fully trust chip board or mdf but it looks great what youve done .id advise you paint the bare wood for added protection with matt black paint We're the frames sprayed with an air sprayer or my hand aerosol? What was the the RAL colour code you used as it looks so very good indeed. Did you laquer them afterwards?
-
The newly made small glass was fitted along with the missing button decals
-
The whole cab was cleaned inside and out and any bits not right replaced such as tube level sensor rubber bands etc
-
A split reel band needed repaired
-
Then the frames were painted in a matched ral colour
-
Chips and dings to the wood grain cabinet were filled and painted to Match as best I could get
-
So the dowels all needed re glued as the cabinet was rocky, sides were separated with wedges and glue applied then strapped closed as pics above, then the base had to be re made with new wood to sides and rear

As sort of expected, they’ve been stood in damp. luckily, super 7’s is the best of the 3 and after a couple of new platforms and castors it’s solid and in need of a huge clean. the clubber, was only ever bought for its Sru parts inside… and to be scrapped. the big banker, well… the cab is very bad and very wobbly… yeah, it can be saved - weighing up weather it’s worth the effort and parts for its value after all time sorting base… These are the issues people never see…. Everybody sees the £156, nobody sees the £200 to get them to me, the work the parts bla bla bla and most importantly the time. 3 members on here have enquired about buying already, and a previous buyer has too… worth it? Probably not… but that’s the gamble A nest in the bottom, and a base that caved in when machine weight was on it.. screws will be countersunk and wood painted… castors washers etc etc. trial fit always first.

Yeah you are correct... its not coded into any of the club Roms. I might still get one and see if i can time it to run with the attract mode or coin payout...
-
I’ve probably owned around 20 of the clubbers, maybe slightly less awp’s - I really can’t remember a strobe in clubbers, but mainly stick to small cab versions
-
Cheers pics to come in the plenty
-
Yeah I dont know on that... I think i remember one on a scorp 2 clubber but im not sure. For how easy it would have been to code an output for it i just presumed they would have and offered the strobe light as an extra. Its one of those unusual machines where the clubber was probably more prolific than the awp so thought there would be a possibility.

Are they not just on the AWP scorp 2 versions? Don’t remember ever seeing one on a clubber, and definitely not a scorp 4
-
Thanks Shirts... from what ive read there it doesn't look like anyone had done it with the scorpion 4 version?
-
perfect, thank you so much
