    Post some pictures of the battery areas the back side of the board and the PAL socket. I know you say there's no battery damage but literally one spec can stop the board from working. Most people say boards are 'clean' but end up needing half the board rebuilding. So 3 clean boards we need to see... I've never seen one 🙂

    1 and 2 are probably from a loose EPROM and or loose merlin, 3 alarm is coin mech, again could be loose prom. If that persists, then remove the BCO wire from the coin mech (pin 8). Video 4 is a ram clear which is a bad battery, turn the refil key when it says errr in the display to clear. check your battery voltage and check your removable chips are nice and tight
