Thank you.

Why don’t you put your old roms on you working cart?
-
Agreed, cart can be sorted easily enough. 👍
-
Not that I can see. Just looked at the auction and at £500 in non-working condition I can't see them becoming available any time soon!

Not much to the carts, roms are easily programmed and maybe a buffer chip or two
-
Hi found some decent mages from eBay for this machine was wondering do we have the roms for it for emulation purposes thanks in advance v666
-
Fair enough, I do have another cart for SweepStake but it's currently faulty and don't know anyone currently that can repair them.
-
Just thinking outside the box, it is just speculation on my part but thought it might be an easy test to make by going back to the original ROM set. That's assuming I haven't misunderstood the issue.
-
Tried 3 different boards and all do the same thing but work fine in other fruits so it's a strange one.
-
Yes not had it long with no history I am afraid. It's weird as works fine without just that one attached.
-
When you say original ROMs do you mean the carts are different between the same fruits?
-
Yeah that was going to be my port of call but work has once again got in the way. Got the next few days off but going away so could be the weekend hopefully

To change the game from 10p play change Dil switch 3, I believe on the second bank of switches, and that will sort that out, it could be on bank 1, but I'm pretty sure it is bank 2
-
A question i meant to ask earlier.... Is this a machine you have just aquired (with little history) or is it a machine you have that used to work?

The other thing to consider is whether the different ROMs have different allocations to the solenoids! Maybe a lockout on one is a solenoid on another? Do you have the original ROMs to test?
-
If you have tried several MPU`s and they are all the same i would be having a look at the power supply just to check for loose connections / dry joints etc.
-
It's usually a board issue with the capacitors beside the payout transistors or a leaky transistor
-
Hi all have a couple of problems here that I cannot seem to sort out. I have a SweekStake that works fine apart from if the first 50p solenoid if that is connected on switch on 2 or more solenoids just go crazy. If it's not connected then the fruit works fine. First thing I though was the board but used 2 others in it and it does the same thing so it's not that. Then thought it was a short in the wiring but alas there is no short. Tried a another working solenoid and it still does the same thing. The other thing is that it's 10p a game instead of 2 for 10p so assume that the rom has been adjusted in some way. Bit of a puzzler 😞 Soloneoids.mp4
