  1. Do we have a drawing of the pins (or can we create one)? If we decide on size and material I know companies with suitable CNC capabilities and can get a price from them.

  2. That is possible, Digikey have them in stock https://www.digikey.co.uk/en/products/detail/te-connectivity-amp-connectors/61062-3/21530399 , I would always be a bit concerned that the possible heat generated would affect the crimps after a while especially if they weren't crimped with a proper AMP tool which most folks wouldn't have? I've never seen a drawing of one as they don't appear in the Combo-line info as they originally weren't PCB mounted. It's possible this could have been a special for Barcrest, I do hope not! Still, pins are available to measure from existing connectors if someone has the skills to produce a drawing. Not sure what they might be made of though?

  3. Graham, make sure when they ask for pins they don't sell them the male crimps instead! I reckon the pins don't actually exist as a separate part as I've never found a part number for them. So I'm thinking they come as a whole unit in the housing but I've never found a part number for that either??
