Does the test button switch work? If so can you check the dip switches work OK in test mode? It will look like this 00000000 00000000. They will turn to 1's when you switch them on. If your machine has coin tube you can check your level sensors in switch input mode and also test the rest of the cabinet buttons too. Also are you using a conventional AWP machine that has a little prize and steaks board? Are you able to change any of the prize and steak settings. Do you get any incorrect prize and steak settings messages. The reason I'm asking is because this is all part of the switch matrix. Plenty of information can be learned here to what's happening and where to look on the main board from the schematic.
