I'm interested in complete units in any condition (working or non-working) I'm also interested in: Original accessories or cables Manuals or documentation Spare parts I've only ever seen one come up for sale, and unfortunately I missed it. Please send me a PM if you have one available or know of one. Thanks!

    deal or no deal

Hi was there a £35 version of the original dond on sc4 or was it just £5/£25 ive seen roms for £35 on sc5 but looking for roms on sc4 if anyone can help cheers toddy
  6. Thank you , I will try this and let you know how i get on 👍😀
  7. i assume Yellow is the common as it appears on both solenoids (linked from one to the other). So you want the other ones, Brown and Grey, so as above but if the brown wire reaches take it off the token and stick it with the grey on the 20p else both solenoids will fire. While you are there wedge the token tube level sensors so it thinks the tube is full.
  8. Hi , thanks for the reply , do you know which colour wire is the plus please ??? Thanks
  9. You can just run a single wire from the token + and join it into the 20p + if you swap them round like you suggested any 20p wins would fire token tube

  11. Hi all , just wanted to check with you technical people if this would work before I try it . As I say in the video if I change the wires round in the 20p cash and the 20p tokens round would this work so wins over £3 are paid in 20ps rather than tokens which I don’t have ??? Many thanks , Craig. converted_15.mp4
  12. I have been a long time lurker over many years, spent a long time fixing personal home machines. I have been working with a guy to bring reproduction boards to revive damaged (usually battery corroded) back to life. So basically, two guys creating reproduction fruit machine mainboards and game cards. Now obviously, these are blank boards and require a donor board, time and effort to build. Most of these boards have easy to solder through hole components which minimal skill level is required. Obviously some have SMD parts such as EPOCH, Astra IO3 CPU Card where more skill will be required. ------------------ Most boards range from £15 to £25, and some discounts can be made for larger amounts. I'm based in the UK but can pretty much ship anywhere but at buyers cost. Feel Free to drop a Comment or DM for any questions ------------------ When a new board is released for sale, BOM documents and Notes will be uploaded here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1zteijgZ6kcggR_ZUyvWFackC2KUOpF-0 I do have a Facebook group (same as this thread title) where you can reach out to me to purchase. Tested & Verified Designs: Maygay - EPOCH Maygay - M1B Bell-Fruit - Scorpion 2 Barcrest - MPU4 Ace Coin - SP.ACE In Progress Testing: Bell-Fruit - Scorpion 1 JPM - System 80 CPU (2708 Version) Coming Soonish: Maygay - M2 CPU Card Bell-Fruit - System 85 Maygay - MMM Electrocoin - Universal 8205 Astra - I/O CPU Card Planned: Project Coin - PC92 Project Coin - Procon JPM - System 5 Global - Stealth In other news, we are now able to offer "REEL MCU" IC replacements for ACE Coin - SP.ACE Boards.

    CRT to LCD

Ive done them under duress on arcade games, depending what screen you are going to use you can just use a converter board to convert from RGB to scart/vga/dsub or HDMI. Im not familiar with mpu 4 screen driving personally though. CRTs are more 4:3 aspect ratio (square looking) and modern screens are 16:9 (wide screens). So if you fit a wide-screen it will either squish and stretch the image or it will have large black areas each side of the image. If you want to use an LCD I would look for a mid 2000's vga screen in 4:3 aspect ratio as wide screens never look right. I built my own arcade machine years ago and thats what I used (using barrel and scanline filters in the game software to make it look like a CRT which looks sick). Best bet is take the screen to a CRT guy and see if its serviceable, it might only need a recap. Someone on UKvac might do it or tell you more.

  18. Another new machine ! Popeye jackpot , just need some tokens now ! converted_14.mp4
  19. I wasn't but could be. An Epoch machine with a full house on the Eprom sockets and LCD meter could be handy. Or anything that uses the serial 2 port or auxiliary display processing port also
  20. Much appreciated and as always it’s always great to catch up with you in person👍👍👍
  21. No worries phil glad to help
  22. This game has a 4 reel driver board in it. Which has a ROM on the driver board. Does anyone have access to one of these machines please? Or an old driver board with ROM intact? Or even better an already dumped Reel Driver ROM?
  23. Thankyou so much for looking , Nick as found one for me :)) appreciate your help tho 👍
  24. Sorry Phil, only got a green start collect button

    mpu6 clear down

Here’s the file, if I remember it’s was also hidden, I’m sure it’s mapped to the USB. what version do you have on the MPU6? MPU6CLR.MEM

    mpu6 clear down

hi digby its a strange fault we have tried the normal route like ram test and self test and we have tried different mpu6 boards but it seems the pc in the t7 is telling the mpu6 the battery is flat but its not metered at 3.25 now the strange thing is we put the mpu6 in a reel based machine and ram cleared it loaded file on and all good but as soon as you put in the t7 its telling it that the battery is flat 2.5

    mpu6 clear down

I have the file but the problem is the USB is generated so the file only works on 1 USB, I’m guessing it has the ID somewhere within the bin. you can clear by powering on the MPU with the up and down buttons pressed then going to ram test
