  6. OK, in that case IC5 isn't being reset with the waveform and is timing out. I've noticed you've changed C31 for an electrolytic instead of a tant? Not that it should make that much difference in this case but can we confirm it is a 1uF. It looks quite large for a 1uF in the picture. To prove it is IC5 that's causing the continual resets just remove it for now and see if it stops resetting. IC5 should stay low (pin 7) as long as it sees the 50Hz on pin 5 so something is wrong there.

  8. Mostly together now,need to put drive chain on and make a few adjustments. This is what it looks like.
