  1. Morning I'm hoping someone can help me with the following problem. I have a Scorpion 4 board, Deal or no deal crazy chair fruit machine. I have fitted a NV8 note acceptor to the machine, the machine and device have communicated correctly and the BNV key is valid (123456). When in test mode I can instruct the note acceptor to accept and refuse notes and it takes notes OK. However when I start up the machine as normal with both cash and top door closed it reports the follwoing after initialising: Note mech err 15 I have searched the net and someone suggest to switch on DIL 13 on the MPU board. I have tried this but no avail. Also don't know if this is related, but when I disconnect the note changer and start the machine up it always complains to REFILL CASH even when the hopper is full. I know that the hopper is full because I have followed the hopper full procedure + when I turn the refil key it will take no-more and also any £1 coins are dropping to the cash box. This warning message only last a few seconds then the machine performs as normal. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Richard
