The journey begins, plug it in and it doesn’t even initialise. There’s power there but my mpu5 has green lights and also the dreaded red halt light. I heard it could be a simple as the coincell battery on the board so I guess I’ll start there

So after sending my mpu5 and program card of to e service to repair they spend 2 seconds looking at it and sent it back as unrepairable-they wouldn’t help at all with any replacement parts as they said they didn’t have them in stock-but on there eBay page and there website they do-unhelpful,lies and treated like crap

If it's the card that is in the photos above then I'm not surprised they didn't want to fix it. It needs a lot of time spending on it, there's no guarantee it'll ever be reliable again, and time is money.
