  1. This is my first release since we lost Chris, this is based on his classic, which was also his last ever release. I'd like to think that he'd of liked this one Thanks also go to @Louie Bee for the photos used and to @evo1 for testing. ****************************************** Cash or Nudge DX ****************************************** Released - 29th March 2021 Author - Dave Pook Manufacturer - Maygay Stake - 10p Jackpot - £2 ****************************************** Shortcuts... 0 - Enter 20p 9 - Enter 10p 8 - Enter 50p (40p Change) 7 - Enter 20p Token `/C - Cancel/Collect N/U - Nudge Up 1 - Hold/Nudge 1 2 - Hold/Nudge 2 3 - Hold/Nudge 3 R - Respin G - Respin/Gamble Space - Start/Gamble ****************************************** Thanks to.. @Wizard - Classic @Louie Bee - Photos @evo1 - Testing @Wizard - MFME ****************************************** www.dxcellent.com

  2. Hi chaps, Here's a bit of a blinder, a really good nick LSI chassis. Rarer than hens teeth! Now you maybe thinking where's the RAM, where does the ROM cart go and where's all the support chips? It must all be done with the ZNA129 chip. I can't find any information on this one and even the stuff that RIche has posted doesn't have a schematic which is a shame. You have assume that it would only ever play the one game without re-soldering the chip as it must be programmed at the factory. I'm sure the smarter folks out there will correct me if that's not the case. The beauty with these old boards is there's no battery so no corrosion. I might have a go at drawing out the schematic if I get the time (and enthusiasm). It's certainly a fascinating tech probably one of the first to go digital.

  3. Here she is, all done and dusted. I've got to say that this is one of the best PCP machines I have ever played. Especially on the 10p stake, which makes for a great FME experience. Features that actually repeat, and are not there for show like todays sad excuses for fruit machines. If you can fit more entertainment into a fruit machine, I would like to see it. Right, enough bigging it up, onto the credits and that. Huge thanks go out to Fruitsim, for getting the machine and donating the resources so this DX could become a reality. And also Bugs and Troutman for their excellent classic on which this was based. Best played using MFME3.1. Shortcuts for this are: Spin/Nudge Up - ` Hold/Nudge - 1,2,3 Feature Stop - F Swop/Gamble - S Start - Space Auto Nudge - A Cancel - C 20p Insert - 9 £1 Insert - 0 Can also be found in the layout's notes on the emulator. The layout is attached to the thread. Enjoy. Money Trapper 1600 DX.zip

  5. I finally got my hands on one thanks to Phil and Martin! But it really was a hell of a day out that. Anything that could go wrong went wrong:) Felt like an episode of Fawlty Towers Was nice to meet such a friendly and knowledgeable guy in Phil. Went through everything with me and made sure I was 100% happy with what I was paying and the machine. Even gave me a bag of coins to go with it! I know he could have sold it ten times over and for more than I paid for it so I really appreciate him letting me have it. CHEERS PHIL I OWE YA I'll do a video at some point, mainly because Steve has shamed me into it really. I'm not one for showing what I have got, but I guess that's pretty selfish of me as I love watching Steve's vids on youtube. So whatever I put in the house I'll do a video of from now on. Anyway, here she is, in the front room, playing perfectly

  6. Hi all, I have a BellFruit board approx 140mm x 100mm , 31-489-002 ISS1 across the top , LCT9312 written in top left corner. It has a chip on it marked Round Town. It appears in good order and will post free to anyone that it would be of use to. Just a waste if thrown away. Let me know Andy.

  9. Just seen this thread now as was commenting on your YouTube channel 🙂 so damn close Rich, as they really do look amazing! When you get the next reel bands, you've nailed the glitter part bang on. Hope you manage to get them sorted and in your machine with a video too 👍 Great work Rich, I know it didn't work out 100%, but will on the next set

  11. MPS machine the loom does go to the sorter first then from sorter to mech. You will need to see if the coin enable lines are correct. Also will it not take a coin in or does it not give a credit, both can happen on MPS.
