This might be too costly for you, but in my designs I use tracopower dc-dc converters as they suit a wide range input and have high efficiency, also they have a 'trim' so you could buy a 3.3v output one and trim the voltage upwards, or the 5v one and trim downwards, I usually use the nominal 12v output one. but here is the link to the 5v one as the 3.3v one is out of stock https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/isolated-dc-dc-converters/1860254/ Link to post Share on other sites
