JPM GUAB machine up for grabs...

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone... I've been the lucky owner of an old JPM Give Us A Break machine - but it's pretty much dead... Does anyone want it for spares or repair - I've seen Road Runner has two already!

Not looking fir any money, just need the space...

Yep. Me and thee.

There's also a GUAB board cage with floppy drive etc on eBay. The seller is an operator who is fairly local to me. I'd be tempted but he's asking too much for it, he stored it with the battery still on board, and I don't have a PSU or wiring loom any more! He may still have those bits if I ask him but experience tells me he'll want crazy money for them.

He wants top dollar for everything. If you try and haggle with him, like I have over Coinmaster stuff, he just says "but where else can you get this from?"

Suit Pursuit looked cool and potentially fun to play - would be nice to see one again (working) one day

The machine looks in decent condition but does not boot up but that's for the up and coming project thread.

The first thing to do was to clean the base and replace those missing feet before moving it into the workshop.

That's the last post on this thread as i will start a new project thread ASAP.
