i want to use a mpu4 mod4 board in a old machine that need the chip. i dont have a working mod2 board. what i want , is replace the AY chip from the mod2 in the mod4 . The question is: at witch side must i place the chip? i think at the side from the notch, thanks for the answer!

Hai everybody. I've been here for a view years, but don't remember if i have introduced myself. I am Aschwin and live's in the Netherlands. My nickname is originally from my car , the Subaru Impreza 555 😁, that i still have after 23 years. my hobby is repairing old machines from the system80 till scorpion 1 . have found al lot of information here in the past years, and doing donations to keep the forum running. hoop to be here for many years!

I have a question Working on a sc1, repairing from corrosion. Now it wont start up. Only clicking from the counters, and the red led flickering. Tr1, tr2 and tr3 are oke. Replacing also capacitor c12 and c15. The 5 volt also drops to low RG1 , i have replaced him also. I have cleaned the aeria around the battery and replairt the broken line's . What can be the problem ?

Hi mate I'm new to the fruit machine world and I have just purchased a second hand club frenzy fruity. The game play is great however when I win on the machine and I press the collect button the winnings I.e pound coins dont drop into the bottom compartment where they should! 🤔 everytime I have to unlock the machine and manually collect the pound coins from another compartment 😤
Any help would be absolutely great as I domt want to get somebody in who is going to charge me a fortune to fix it.

Goodmorning. I have a problem with a board. I have repaird him from battery leaking. Now it starts up. Sound is working. But...... The light from the coin intake is not burning. If i simulate a coin it will be in error mode , thats logic to me. "Coin when disabled" It only starts up when i turn the power of and on. He is not respondind at the testbutton What can be the problem ?

I Am repairing some boards from battry corrosion. Some boards have the problem that they wont start up. The red light doesn't goes out, but keep burning. A couple of boards have that problem. The question: Is there a specify problem with the boards?

I have a problem with taking the 2 euro coin with a acceptor. if i make the connection without the acceptor, then i get the points. But when i use the acceptor (with the plug for the 2 euro) he doesn't give points. i have a couple of board's that have the problem. is there a component that can give the problem? i have repaired a isseu 4 and its not a resistor but a condensator 222 on the board its numbered as a resistor

only 75 euro paid for it, glass is in really good shape, the reels also. it works fine mechanical, if i had time i make more pictures

I'm looking voor a manual for a Bally one armed bandit type 1070 , mechanical he is oke, but the powersupply is defect.

I have a Dutch "Zilvervloot" witch i'm giving a restauration. The MPS2 is working well, except the lights are not working also not from the wheels. The Transformer is oke, (yellow) Does somebody know the problem, seems like that one component that is broken.? Trying another MPS board, then the lights are working.

its a system85 indeed, but with the same sounds as the dutch "club2000" from the cabinet 85 are also 2 versions. one version (the first) has three mechanical coin acceptors and a bigger backdoor the "second" version has two mechanical coin acceptors and one electrical acceptor -
Help! have a dutch superflush , about 1986. In the motherboard was a small burning from a bad battery. the question is now, dont know how the tracks are , they burnt away.
