Database of all 80s machines online?

Such a list would be a great asset to the forum. I hope one of our more experienced members will take on the task of collating the information, I'm sure many members would contribute bits of info would could gradually build into something approaching a definitive list.
  8. Glad you got it working. I'd recommend you splash out a couple of quid and get a new mains lead.

    Socket Adapter

Yep, the ones from Rapid look good. The ones I found on eBay don't quote the pin diamenter which is what you need to know to be sure they'll fit. Good luck.

    Socket Adapter

You might be able to do something with these, a lot cheaper. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/25Pcs-2-54mm-Single-Row-40Pin-Through-Hole-Pin-Headers-Connector-16mm/362591255036?_trkparms=ispr%3D1&hash=item546c1f79fc:g:BrMAAOSwPndfGpLu&amdata=enc%3AAQAFAAACcBaobrjLl8XobRIiIML1V4Imu%2Fn%2BzU5L90Z278x5ickkBSh1VzQSTzkTiSV5EE%2FHQTiGQwWQK2LMUwiZ%2BAyaK6AOtnsEU0bQa0gfWDykMp5kaNjisxm6mxhbQibnT9eD3i%2FPWyd8Z87Sc84%2BaUWPMP9hG4c9JRUAg0mGpgdOJkM3rLYfNH70nFdnvzvr1x6fJo9W2Pf7wIAjBmCKD18%2BhyEso9msMit%2FkzN8g2Goxt5lmV8qUBk1YjhZdbpOuS8efR6uFWD%2BcUTi3ryosLAmIfBcc2POVA00kJ2J3Fl99TCS4fmy6lX%2BXQbasq45XlKnvZIN2JtsKvpUbR%2BIEzaY9cFBy91xVnwR2hbwMwyBysJi6ZPj2HjGG%2FUdWa7hIRetuxitK97onnEFyFJprK%2FqpuTW9rf07iz1ByG5rhJ0zryABu2TfOV1rS3ykuYT3lDOjefzlkeceSC9hzR6gF8XstN0b25Ab1jKaiizGv0UvRFTMBelsl4aO0aUVri46ub%2Fh1qm5mm%2B9wjs18uyJiogAbnG4ki0A7XVXdOwpW3yBoeEGuUdia54yqxV4mQC%2FaZMM5T19beQW9NxvxBjagLppHRjdzyVOwi5CEsSFOiZuitEm5HhJtfhcph1Bdp5Dm157xYfHgYUicgzIHGvr5JtL5PeTX8AP3Oz%2Fy0zOZ79OurEtC9ux55jo6Qxvw%2FJhqb06YhNDkrA%2BRIXFuS5sTvEzd4SkrT%2BngPtzkj9P%2BXaM5cZ5IMWh4F66C0syMj1s283FBfPohfq8LsZuhjLIP6neLc4fZ5Apn1XMQzi6zIR2t6dl8Oh2L9QiKvIj9Kml2%2FUVA%3D%3D|cksum%3A3625912550362e7addc88caf4bd59868d38f059bb688|ampid%3APL_CLK|clp%3A2334524

    Connector type?

It looks like an 0.1inch pitch IDC connector. If you're not worried about originality use a 0.1" crimp or solder connector.
