  1. Well it’s finally happened after two years of searching for one and missing out 3 times ☹️ I finally got a fantastic offer from a very generous member Mike B 😁, who had had the machine for 5 years but had never got round to fixing it up the machine had never even been unwrapped from where it had been sent by courier as the silver sprint courier label dated 27/02/2016 was still attached to the shrink wrap that was undisturbed around the machine , so I was not going to miss out a fourth time and it was off to sunny Cornwall on Saturday morning it was a 600 mile round trip that took 11hrs in total but well worth it as this was the perfect 1st rebuild project for me , so after I had met Mike and his wife we loaded the machine up into the car I thanked Mike once again and I set off for home , once I got home straight away the shrink wrap was off to check the machine out I knew the cabinet has some damage as you could see in the photos Mike put up there was a few bits damaged but I hopefully have a donor cab lined up so that didn’t worry me ,as expected the cabinet was too far gone to be repaired as the chip board had got damp and swollen and cracked in a few places on the sides and the MDf base had seen better days like most machines of this age so it was time to start the strip down ,anyway that’s enough for tonight I will do another post tomorrow night with some more pictures of the strip down in progress ,thanks again Mike it was very nice to meet you and your wife and I hope I can do this machine proud and give it a new life thank you MPU Mecca and very kind members cheers dave 🍻

  3. Classic 777 Heavens graphic layout will be released later this month. Forum member, Thompy, has been supplying me high quality images and technical assistance from his own machine over the last couple of years, just recently he has supplied vital lamp numbers so the emulation can be released with almost 100% accuracy. . 'Thompy' also supplied video and sound of the pull handle mechanism from his actual machine and thanks to our late, great, mfme author, Chris, it is now incorporated into mfme. J

  8. The spacing between the fruits in the areas circled doesn't look right and i do not think it is with looking at them not being flat. If you have checked them then they will probably right. Reel 1 looks to be the nearest.

  9. Yeah they stuffed them up. Didn't have an issue getting a reprint. Should have proper ones soon. Shame. Cant believe someone didn't see that before boxing them!

  11. They do look pretty good reproductions but looking at the side by side pictures, there "appears" to be different spacing between the fruits on the old and new bands?

  13. Had a lot of help from @Bungle and he found the images, they were not great and there was some redrawing to do but we thought the gold cab would be something a little different besides this is dedicated to one person as stated above and of course everyone to enjoy.
