Meh, very nice of you to say mate, but in fact my knowledge is derisory and consisting entirely of my half-memories of playing a few old machines - very badly and unprofitably - back in the day. Shit, I couldn't even remember the correct name of the machine I was supposed to be reviewing recently lol.

No, if you're wanting real knowledge, either in emulation or real machines/hardware terms, there's barely a single poster here who doesn't know shitloads more than I do. I just like to talk bollocks about it on my little subforum here from time to time. :)

Why not just search the downloads instead of continually asking for various machines.

Or go one further and try google....

If they have been released to the masses they will show on the searches, if not then you have your answer unless someone has a private layout hey may wish to let you have.

Ps are the £6 roms available if they ever were?? If not, again there is your answer. If they are make or modify a layout for the Rom set you require.

I think he's referring to the Impact version with the same name.  There was never a £6 machine on the MPS tech.  Not one I've seen anyway.

Sorry, mate.  You are right.  Some of the nudgers did have a £6 option.  Fivepenny Nudger could be switch to £6 as well.  Never saw any of them on £6 where I was though.  Probably made the machines God-damn awful at that stake/prize.  £3/5p was bad enough. :)

Yeah mate they were awfull as they were always on 5p! I did play a 20p mark 3 each way nudger which was good tbf. Although it still stiffed you with the 1 nudge short trick just not as much as the 5p/10p versions.

Really glad this one has been revived.  I missed it first time round, probably because I thought it was the impact one and didn't explore if further.  The first time I saw this machine was on Steve L's youtube video of it, did remind me of Bank Roll although the features do seem extremely hard to get.  I may try playing it differently by collecting low wins rather than gambling them up and see if it offers more features.

The first time I collected a full bank it payed out fine but the second time, it payed out then all lights lit up at once and it froze.  I have not yet restarted it, hopefully it will run OK, if not I'll have to reload the RAM.  Has anyone tried this in the new versions of the emulator?  I have not yet but just wondered if perhaps it works better.

Does anyone have the strike 10 layout mentioned earlier in this thread?  The link provided does not work.

Would love to see a 20p play rom show up.  Never played any of the late MPS nudgers on any other stake besides 5p.

Might have gone dead.  Here's the layout, mate.  If you need any of my previous layouts, you can get them from the thread at fruit-emu.  All have been updated for MFME6. :)

I've got the DX you did, mate.  Just been having a look at it, and it defaults to £4.80/20p with all the dips off.  Never knew that, so thanks for the heads-up. :)

Weren't a massive fan of the later MPS nudgers.  Like you said, they had a nasty habit of leaving you one shy of the amount of nudges you needed quite a bit.  They felt way too rigged, even though we all know fruit machines are rigged anyway.  Could have done a better job coding them I feel.
