Hi My eastenders machine has suddenly alarmed with ram clear error 4.2 . Switch off and still the same ? Any ideas be welcome, been running fine for past 6 months too.

Hi, I have a eastenders classic machine that was working fine. It 1st started with reel alarm and I checked the connection in the back on the reels and got it working again.It then started to play with all reels not spinning but game still plays and board features still all work??? I checked again and just says 2.1 reel alarm now ,on every power up.I swopped reel 1 with 2 and still said reel alarm 2.1 ....Any advice would be gratefully received.

I could do with a replacement reel 3 for my original round the square machine....it’s the reel with the high low numbers on it....many Thanks
