  1. Hi have a Star Wars return of the Jedi and it is coming up with error serial coin mech missing, have tried swapping the coin mech with a spare mech of that type and still nothing, was working perfectly fine before, attached some pictures of the machine coin mech and alarm
  2. Hi all. I'm desperate for a fully working coin mech to put in a Maygay Monopoly Coronation Street epoch machine as the one in it doesn't like pound coins and the red plastic peggy bits have fell out of the sorter. I don't even think they were connected to any flaps etc. The machines been lashed together with scrap parts in its past. Anyway to wire a 24v SR5 in seeings as its wired for a 12v coin mech? Drew
  3. Hi can someone help me. I have a Turboplay from Barcrest (G2 cabinet) mpu5 Coin Mech type SR5 parallel interface (Dutch model). It will not accept any coins i tried to teach (euro coins) The coin Mech was working perfect until i tried to hook it up to the site kiosk software. I think i changed the value and path. 4. I have just taken delivery of an old Public Enemy #1 Fruitty that ha s a faulty ME129 Coin Mechanism. Does anyone know if these can be replaced with a newer version like the 126 dx, and if you have any other tips on these machines
  5. ok, not really a project, but we had our lite a nudge stop paying out 10p's, an easy fix but i know there are some folk new to this first check was to swap the 10p and £1 wires over and the £1 payed out for 10p, this can be done in test or i find its quicker in game play, so its the coil so this is what i found, the spade connector had seperated from the coil windings so after scraping the insulation from the winding wires, its just a case of re soldering them back on and refitting the tape whilst the coils out i checked the brass plates, and the bottom was showing signs of wear so refit with the bottom on the top and also turn them over, note the red dot for 50v (blue for 240v) and refit and test whilst its off the floor i thought i would have a play with the coin mech, ready for adding the new steel 10p so it s off with the old mars ms111 and fit the later cashflow 126 as this is dual npn and pnp output the lead can be plugged straight into the coin mech, the only down side you will need to make a route plug the route plug used for this coin mech is a 22 way and fits to the side of the coin mech not the bottom, link pins 20-6 and 17-4 which will put 10p coin left and £1 coin right, 50p and 20p to cash box, a little tinwork remodeling is needed for this as the coins dont exit from the middle of the seperator but to the left and for those that have never seen the new 10p used for payout, the old tube has a sleeve fitted inside, you can just see it here
