I bought maygay M1 boards from pagget which never arrived!! I had bought in the past from him before that and things did arrive, I was buying non working boards so as long as they arrived It was fine!! He did use stamps which had already been through the post once but had not been franked!!! Once the maygay board never arrived I did eventually get my money back from PayPal and have never bought from him again!!!!
