  2. Hello I wonder if you can tell me how to connect a Note acceptor to a Pluto 6 fruit machine Board Please? I just cannot find anyone to tell me how; they just say too complicated. Can you be the one to tell me? It cannot be any harder than when I build a computer for someone. I just need the cables with the proper inputs and outputs. If you can or not let me know. Thanks

Searchlight £6 1024Wdx (reel symbols updated)

Probably mines the only version with side art on it.

With no markings or paperwork, tracing who made it will be difficult. Basically as so many companies in that era made numerous conversions like this one with just glass printed to make the change, others went one better by having new reel bands done too. As it was originally a Fruit Drop, the game stays the same only with a different name. Most conversions were because of the increase in token payout as Fruit Drop was manufactured 40p tokens and just as the law changed to 50p tokens. This one shows a conversion again from 50p to £1 tokens when law changed again and why many electro's reel glasses have scratched out win lines on the Bars replaced with the higher value sticker.

Do we know who made the conversion?

    JPM Impact Power Supply

I have a tested working impact 3 psu and loads of impact 1 main boards as well as a couple of impact 3 main boards but I might hang on the 2 newer techs

That’s a Shame 😕 I’ll try different chips on the board, but not got high hopes. Yes won’t be dumping (I don’t dump anything lol) but not much use to me as they are.

You can't buy then no... it's hardwear with a jpm program running on it... it's what happens they lose the program. It's worth keeping the boards though. Alternatively if those chips work you'll come across a board where they have failed at some point. Keep the boards I'll hopefully know more in the future. There's no data on fixing the boards around sadly

JPM, my view from the inside. Frank Bird.

    Eachway shuffle CTL SELLING!

Would probably mean that your ndud started life as a original ndu stef which did have the round buttons the same as eachway nudger . Those ews bands must have been stuck down good and proper for the residues of the bands to remain on.the drums like that .reckon the mdm factory workers didnt enjoy peeling those bands off 😉

    Special Reserve Deluxe 1600+1280 DX's

The above layouts were made for MFME3.2, mate. If you've got MFME5.1, load the above layouts in that version and save them out as .fml files. They'll then work on any version of MFME from V5.1, up to V19. Or download the one attached. 2019 Update Special Reserve Deluxe DX.zip

    JPM Impact Power Supply

Yes processor and Rom card, sound card all working in other machine but I’ve only tested them for a few minutes, will try swapping out FPGA chip and test a good power supply from Monopoly in afterwards. That give us a break (club) PSU is evil! It’s claimed to 2 victims Im just thankful I have spares. Still a lot of money down the drain 😕 that original Indy board that died a few weeks ago I’m 99% sure now was caused by that guab PSU.

WOW, these look good and looks like I missed them upon the original release. Which version can I run these on? Is it MFME5 or do I need the old MFME32 or have they been more receltly updated? Many thaniks. Richard

The reason it's paying out so much is that I kept filling it up without taking many wins out. I think it had over £300 put through it, so it will keep paying out until it catches up its percentage. Which was set to 78% Most of my MPS layouts when downloaded will be the same as I filled most of them up before releasing them.

    Top Streak DX

The £1 entry on this gives you 5 credits plus 50p change and is set correctly in the layout. Check the layout's notes for shortcut information.

    New Bell Fruit Project

Probably more a case of getting it playable, rather than a full resto, particularly as Ron has pointed out that it is a conversion. I can now see that it was originally a Fruit Drop, according to the control board layout schematic on the back door.

From what I remember these would have given change for a £1 coin, so this facility is probably disabled. 😊

Thats a shame mate! Does the processor card work in another machine? Any symptoms at all? Try swapping the sound card... a faulty one stops an impact booting too. Regarding the main board I've found two with the FPGA chips (large square ones are faulty) that's all so far... 1 had other faults so potentially it's been fried. There's A lot going on... lots of transtor arrays, custom chips working with the processor... reset circuit to suss out. I'm hoping to get a whole board on sockets soon so maybe I'm a year I'll know more.
